Community Center
The community center is available for community members to rent for private events. It includes a patio with picnic tables, plenty of tables and chairs, and a refrigerator and sink for all your party needs.
Pool
The pool, open typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, is lifeguard staffed, features a zero entry area for the younger kids.
The pool is also home to the Eaton Eels Swim Team and offers swim lessons to kids ages 3-6.
Walking Trails
Miles of maintained walking trails wind through the naturally paths throughout the community.
Tennis / Pickleball Courts
Open year round (weather permitting), a pair of dual-purpose Tennis / Pickleball Courts add another fun activity for residents of all ages.
Playground
Bridges, Monkey Bars, Slides, Swings, and more are featured at our large playground area.
